* Varsity Track practices officially begin on March 14th.
* There will be a meeting for middle school athletes interested in track and field on Tuesday, March 15th during lunch (at around 11:15) in the common area of the high school.
*Track practice will officially begin for middle school athletes on Tuesday March 22nd. Athletes must have had a physical and signed training rules to begin practice.
*Track athletes interested in javelin are encouraged to stop in the multi-purpose room today at 3:30 to see the basics of javelin form presented by Avany Long, a heptathlete from Dakota Wesleyan University’s track team. Javelin is a new event class A this season. No workout clothes are necessary. Athletes can see proper javelin equipment, holds, approach and drills demonstrated.
*FFA members: if you need more study sessions to attend the CDE next Tuesday in Tyndall you should be coming in before or after school to study study. We will have a study session on Monday, 3/14 at 6 pm in the ag room.
*HOSA and Regional Science Fair Prep Meeting Thursday at 6:30 in the Chem Room. RSVP for pizza
