CHS/CMS Parent teacher conferences will be held virtually this year from 4:00-6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 9 and in person from 2:30-7:30 on Thursday, February 10.
Below are the Zoom Meeting ID, passcode, and link. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
What do you do? Click on the Zoom link and type in the passcode. You will be put into a waiting room until the teacher is available. When the teacher is available, they will admit the parent/guardian and then have a conference. We ask that conferences be limited to 5-8 minutes.
- If needed, the Parent/ Guardian are encouraged to use their CSD student’s technology
- We ask that both the Parent/ Guardian and teacher utilize the camera
You may also email the teacher your contact information and the teacher will call/contact you when he/she is available
- If you call CHS/CMS… The office will transfer you to the teacher’s voicemail (605) 234-4467
If wait time is an issue, please email the teacher your contact information and he/she will contact you when time is available.
